We ship Worldwide daily. Out system features a Shipping calculator which will help you decide on what to buy with regard to shipping times & cost.

We are committed to fast turn around time. All order's received are shipped out same or next business day, provided we have product in stock.

If we do not have product in stock we will endeavour to get your item in ASAP and shipped out the same day the stock arrives.
All our shipments are 100% trackable. On disptach from our shop, you will receive an email including when we despatch date/time, transit points, day on board with driver for delivery & if you're not home where to collect your package. Easy.

All orders over $300 are free postage within Australia *Excluding soft surfboards over 6'0. (We charge a discounted freight rate for all boards over 6'0)
Orders under $300 incur a postage charge within Australia.
We get bulk rates & only charge only what it costs us to send. No handling fee or other fee's

Standard Shipping in Australia
The majority of items ordered will arrive to you within 48 hours from time of despatch to Metro NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, TAS & SA.
Regular Shipping is 5+ Business days to WA, NT and regional areas.

Express Shipping in Australia
Shipping is charged for Express Post. We pass on the postage cost and nothing more.

The majority of items ordered will arrive to you next day if ordered before 12pm in NSW, QLD, VIC,TAS & SA. Shipping is 2-3 working days to WA, NT & outback area's.

International Orders
All international orders are charged postage.
We only charge what it cost's us for shipping and no handling fee.
Shipping Takes 4-10 Working Days for International Orders based on your location.

*International orders are not charged Australian GST Tax (10%) which equates to a 10% product discount. This is automatically deducted on our payment page on checkout.

Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges
